zaterdag:	5 JUNI 2010 : Deeply Dippy Choreography Let’s strenghten those quads & booty's while learning a dynamic dance routine. After a brief warm-up we will dive right into a choreography with lots of delicious dips, lovely level changes and some fancy floorwork too. Bring your knee-pads, if you have them, and be prepared for a challenging work out.

With the help of different dance and movement games we will create a playful and supportive dance experience to help you step out of your box. Easy tools and tricks will be offered and practiced, so you can learn to be creative and always find new sources of inspiration for your dance. 14 AUG 2010 : Dimensions in Dance This workshop will be a 3D experience. We will use lots of space while learning this choreography. It’s not just about isolation technique and travelling steps. It’s about dancing, and how to increase your range of motion and use the entire body, still honouring your own personal space. Spread your wings, the floor is yours.
